Who we are
Huiya Consulting focuses on business agency and tax advisory within mainland China. On one side our clients are domestic companies — especially exporters selling through Amazon, DTC sites, TikTok Shop and similar channels. On the other side are foreign enterprises investing in China and the expatriate managers who run them.
Both groups struggle with the same three things: choosing the right entity at setup, understanding ongoing filing obligations, and managing compliance risk in cross-border operations. We put all three into one service system, delivered in Chinese and in English.
