Goods out, money back, books compliant
Cross-border E-commerce Finance & Tax
Cross-border e-commerce has to reconcile three tracks at once: customs (9610 / 9710 / 9810 / 0110), cash (platform settlements, third-party collectors, FX), and accounting (purchase invoices, revenue recognition, cost allocation). If any track is out of step, refunds and compliance both suffer.

FAQ
Should I use 9610 or 0110?
It depends on whether goods are declared for export, whether you can obtain purchase invoices, and whether you want refunds. 9610 suits small-value direct shipments; 0110 suits general trade with full purchase invoices. We judge by your order values and invoicing capacity.
Can platform payouts go to a personal account?
Not recommended. Payouts should land in a corporate account matching the operating entity, or a compliant cross-border collection account — otherwise revenue recognition and FX checks both show gaps.
Can I operate without purchase invoices?
You can operate, but export refunds are unavailable and cost deductions carry tax risk. We assess whether supplier restructuring or assessed-collection routes improve the position.
