FAQ
What are the deadlines?
CIT settlement is due by 31 May of the following year; the corporate annual report runs 1 January to 30 June. We remind you in advance.
Do loss-making companies still file?
Yes. Losses must be filed to be carried forward for offset in later years — unfiled losses are lost.
When is contemporaneous documentation required?
When annual related-party transaction value reaches the statutory thresholds (local file, master file or special file). We judge by your transaction volume.
